The clarion call to the young and the middle-aged to come out and vote seems has gone in vain. Parties and candidates were not able to bring them out to vote at least in urban areas and towns in the second phase of polling in India. To debate why young, urban India does not vote, CNN-IBN's Rajdeep Sardesai and Suhasini Haider were joined by independent candidates Arun Bhatia and Captain Gopinath.
