Typhoon Sepat is sweeping across southern China, killing 36 people and crushing houses and livelihood. The typhoon has left floods and landslides in its wake that caused at least half the deaths. 3.5 million people have been affected by the typhhom across the provinces of Zhejiang and Fujian.
