Delhi: The Supreme Court has directed that the viscera of the prime accused in Uttar Pradesh provident fund scam, Ashutosh Asthana who died in judicial custody, be handed over to the CBI. The Supreme Court has said that the report of the judicial inquiry into the mysterious death of Asthana be placed before it within eight weeks.
He is believed to have swindled over 85,000 customers.
