Kingfisher Airlines and low-cost carrier Deccan have hiked fuel surcharge from Tuesday following 19 per cent increase in the cost of aviation turbine fuel (ATF), an official of the combined airlines said Monday. The UB group of tycoon Vijay Mallya operates Kingfisher and Deccan following the merger of the two entities early this year.
