Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee seem to have inaugurated the extended Metro rail line in Kolkata in a hurry as the commuters are facing a lot of problem. Over 70,000 passengers reportedly avail the extended service daily. However, the Metro officials had anticipated only half of this number.
This line will reduce the transportation time from 45 mins to nine mins.
