A Special Court trying CBI cases on Wednesday convicted and sentenced Abdul Karim Telgi, the key accused in the the multi-crore fake stamp paper case, to 10 years' rigorous imprisonment (RI).
He surrendered in MCOCA court and appealed for clemency.
