
A fresh controversy has erupted in the Sister Abhaya murder case in Kerala. The CBI told the court that the then chief justice of the Karnataka High Court had witnessed the narco-analysis tests done on the three accused. The CBI has not named the judge but says he is in the Supreme Court.
