Devil's Advocate: 'West wasn't let off at Copenhagen'

The accord prepared after the Copenhagen climate change was not endorsed and only taken note of but it still is "beyond a small step forward", says Shyam Saran, the Prime Minister's Special Envoy on climate change. Saran believes the most important outcome of the talks was that nations agreed that they must continue negotiations post Copenhagen. "In a sense we have agreed that we will live to fight another day," Saran told Karan Thapar on Devil's Advocate.
