Pakistan-based organization, Jammat-ud-dawa and its chief Hafiz Saeed was black-listed by the UN SC in December 2008. The United Nations' al Qaeda and Taliban Sanctions Committee has also reacted that it does not share the Indian government's response to the release of Hafiz Saeed by a Pakistani court.
