Quota in, quota out: How Bengal, Andhra play it out

West Bengal on Monday announced 10 percent job reservations for OBC Muslims--a move many say is a bid to win minority votes ahead of assembly elections. Surprisingly the decision came the same day the Andhra Pradesh High Court struck down the idea of religion based employment quotas and cancelled the government's 4 percent quota.

FOR THE MINORITY: Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee wants the Centre to follow suit.
