On death row for the last three years, India's most controversial convict, Mohammed Afzal, wants a speedy conclusion to his ordeal and says BJP's prime ministerial candidate LK Advani could end his plight, if he comes to power, as compared to the Congress which is dilly-dallying with his death sentence. “It is only Advani who can take a decision and hang me,” Afzal said.
Decision on clemency plea cannot be delayed any longer, say legal experts.
