Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is under attack from the Opposition after his government was blamed for the mismanagement during the Kosi floods that took place last year. But Nitish has denied the allegations of mismanagement during the floods. "I met the Prime Minister for the rehabilitation and development of areas affected due to Kosi floods. I demanded Rs 9000 crore special package for the area and the people living there" claims Nitish.
