The CNN-IBN-Hindustan Times Citizens Against Terror charter has been presented to Union Home Minister P Chidambaram. The charter was presented on Friday exactly a month after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks and consisted of the top 10 ideas to fight the war against terror, which were drawn up from the thousands of suggestions that poured in. An independent panel including former Indian Police Service officer Kiran Bedi, anti-terror expert Major General Afsir Karim and former Jammu University vice-chancellor Amitabh Mattoo picked the 10 ideas.
