The Delhi High Court on Friday refused to grant interim bail to Vikas Yadav, who is undergoing life imprisonment in the Nitish Katara murder case, but allowed him to attend his sister's wedding under judicial custody. A bench comprising Justices Anil Kumar and Vipin Sanghi allowed Vikas, son of controversial Uttar Pradesh politician D P Yadav, to participate in his sister's wedding ceremony on November 1 from 1700 hrs IST till his sister left for her husband's house next morning.
