The Bombay High Court has rejected Alistair Pereira’a bail plea. The 21-year-old businessman was pronounced guilty in the Carter road hit-and-run case in Mumbai. Pereira had surrendered to the police on Wednesday on the direction of the court. He was later taken to the Arthur Road jail.
