Initial reports say that the man, identified as Imran Khan, was living in a madarsa in Rajasthan. He was picked up by Rajasthan police in connection with the blast. He will be handed over to the anti-terrorist squad.
Sensitive areas have been put on high alert and the police are on constant vigil.
